Frequently Asked Questions Q. Will you install Laminate or Wood that I already have purchased? A. Sure we will, provided it's been indoors for 2-3 days, depending on type.
Q. Do you handle furniture? Is there an added fee for this? A. We do handle all furniture EXCEPT highly breakables/collectables, (e.g. loaded China Cabinets, Museum quality items). This is a part of our uncommon Service to our Customers. We move and re-position pianos, big screen TV's, entertainment centers, sofas, tables, chairs, washers, dryers... at no added cost to you! And we supply and install felt pads for the bottom of the items we reposition onto your new floor to protect your new floor!
Q. Can you assist me with locating a quality flooring source that will save me money? A. Gladly! We direct you to our own Brokers and Wholesalers and help you buy at our Cost. This often saves our customers hundreds of dollars!
Q. What happens to my old carpet and pad that has to be removed? A. If you desire to salvage it, we take it up in large portions and bundle it for you. If you are scrapping it, we cut it up into small, manageable pieces and haul it off at completion... and never at any charge to you!
